Privacy Policy — iMMOSOLUTIONS app

This policy explains which data the iMMOSOLUTIONS app for iPhone, iPad and Android processes, why, and for how long. The app works without an account, without advertising and without tracking.

Viewing, information and valuation requests

When you send a request from the app, we receive your name, email address, phone number (optional), your message and, for a valuation, the details about your property that you provide. This data is sent to us by email only and is not stored in an app database. It is used solely to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — pre-contractual measures). We keep this correspondence for as long as necessary to handle your request and meet our legal obligations.

Data stored only on your device

Your favourites, your chosen language and — so you do not have to type them again — your name, email and phone from the last form are stored locally on your phone or tablet. They are not sent to us. You can delete them at any time by removing the app.

Technical data

To display properties, the app contacts our server immosolutions.lu. As with any website, your IP address is processed to deliver the content and appears in the server's technical logs. To protect our forms against abuse, a non-reversible hash of the IP address is kept for at most one hour. No audience measurement or profiling takes place (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in security).

Third-party services

Property photos may be loaded from the server of our real-estate software (easy2pilot, api-production.easy2pilot-v8.com); this provider then sees your IP address. On iPhone and iPad, the map uses Apple Maps (MapKit), subject to Apple's privacy policy. On Android, the map shows OpenStreetMap tiles (tile.openstreetmap.org); the OpenStreetMap Foundation then sees your IP address. Your location is never used. The coordinates of localities are determined by our server via OpenStreetMap without sending any data about you. The app contains no advertising or analytics SDKs and sends no push notifications.

Deleting your data

The app does not create any account. To delete your data: 1) favourites, language and contact details stored on your device are removed by uninstalling the app; 2) for requests you have sent us, email info@immosolutions.lu with the subject “Delete my data” and the email address you used. We delete your name, email, phone, message and property details within 30 days, except data we must keep under a legal obligation (e.g. accounting or anti-money-laundering records), and only for as long as that obligation lasts.
